6 of us had lunch here today. 4 of us had the tenderloin sandwich, 1 had the BBQ chicken salad, and 1 had the breaded chicken sandwich. All plates were emptied, so I would say all enjoyed their lunch. I know I did. I would love to check out the bourbon or craft beer, as they have an impressive selection.

I got the salmon with the bourbon glaze and a side of asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. The portion had a generous amount and tasted good. They were quite busy but got my food out in a good amount of time. My server was nice and the atmosphere was laid back. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a local restaurant with good food!

We’re from NWI we do a quick look at reviews and take our chances from there. If you are in Jasper you need to know to about this local gem! Unassuming from the outside it’s atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Our server was Heather K and she did such a great job, we didn’t want for a thing, she was on point! Food was delicious, hot, and full of flavor. They also have an outdoor seating area that has a great vibe but tonight was a little too chilly we just peaked over the fence as we walked by. Snaps bar was buzzing with guests enjoying themselves oh and they have alligator on the menu (hence) the name.... Check them out!

I am in jasper for training. We were recommended to stop here and eat. We stopped in after work, had the gator bites and bison burger. The service is excellent and very cool spot. A lot of history. I would recommend snaps to anyone, from visiting to locals.

Great food and service! First time here, definitely worth stopping in. There is definitely something on the menu for everyone. Came around 6 pm on a Friday and not to busy. Got in and out quickly. Masks worn when not at own table.

I was told about this place by a co-worker. glad my wife and I came and checked it out. This place has a great atmosphere. The food and the staff are great. The gator and steaks were well worth the visit. We will definitely be coming back here.

Love the old building, staff and owners are great people. They will cook your burger to what temp you want, very important to me, i like a rare burger. I would say their snaps burger or the BBQ bacon burger are one of the best in town, they also sell Gator!! I also get my sweet potato fires tossed in the Cajun seasoning!!
